counseling
We provide counseling in person or online. During the counseling, we explain the plan, the location, and a tentative estimate. If you prefer, we can also explain on line or via email text.
2. BOOKING FORM
Reservation Form
When the couple has decided to make a reservation, you will be asked to fill out a customer form for your exclusive use. At that time, you will also be asked to select any options you would like to pay for. (*You can also make changes later.) We will provide you with a quotation based on the information you provide on the form, including the shooting area, shooting plan, and paid options.
3. PAYMENT
Payment of deposit
Half of the above quoted amount must be paid as a deposit to guarantee your reservation. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card. After payment is made, the couple's shooting date will be confirmed.
4. planning & fitting
Planning and costume fitting
We will decide the detailed schedule of the day and the place of preparation by LINE or e-mail. At the same time, we will also have a costume fitting. As a rule, we accept reservations for costume fitting one and a half months prior to the shoot. For those living outside of Hokkaido, we will do the fitting at least one day before the shoot. If you would like to have the fitting earlier than a month and a half, please consult with our staff.
5. SHOOTING DAY
On the day of shooting
Finally, it is the day of the shoot. Hair and makeup artists and photographers will bring out natural expressions so that the couple can relax and enjoy the shooting time. Let's enjoy the shoot together so that it will be etched in your memories.
6. PAYMENT
Payment of remaining balance
You will be asked to pay the balance after the photo shoot. If there are any additional items such as photo albums, canvas prints, etc., you will be asked to pay for those as well.
7. GETTING PHOTO
Receipt of shooting data
Photos will be sent within 3-4 weeks of shooting and videos within 6 weeks. If you would like the photos taken for a wedding or other special occasion, please consult with our staff for the date you would like them to be sent soon after the shooting. Albums will be produced after delivery, so it will take about 3-4 months after shooting.
